Small Projects

Nation-Wide employs a team of highly skilled craftsman that are experienced in most building trades. As a service to our existing clients and referral partners we have created the “Small Projects Division”. A small project is defined as a project that requires a tradesman a minimum of one day to complete and up to 10 days.

Small projects consist of both residential and commercial needs. Some examples of small projects are:

• Wall repairs
• Insulation
• Tile installation and repair
• Minor plumbing and electric
• Construction of a few wall partitions
• Ceiling repairs
• Minor masonry work

We bill our mechanics out on time and materials for this work. Our minimum billing increment is 4 hours at the rate is $65.00 per hour. Billing starts from the time our mechanic arrives at either the job site or supply house and stops when they leave at the end of the project or the supply house if they need to pick up supplies for the following day. Our tradesmen work an 8.5 hour shift inclusive of a lunch break which is not billable.
